Jan Walsh is a also food and wine writer, writing wine reviews and critiques of restaurants for B-Metro magazine, in her monthly columns: Taste, Savor, Prepare and Sip. Jan also contributes to Wine Spectator magazine and website when she finds the time and has an interesting wine collector to feature. Most recently Jan launched Travel, a culinary and wine travel column for B-Metro, which is also syndicated on her local Birmingham websites.
